Hi all,

A few of you may remember me from around these parts.
While my trading days are pretty much over due to ANCR margin calls, I still have a number of friends and family who own the stock due to my forceful recommendations over the last few years. Consquently, I have kept an interest in following the truly incredible Ancor story although certainly not to the degree I used to.

Well, I have heard Ancor is deep in discussions for a secondary offering. It appears two of the lead banks will be Nationsbank-Montgomery and Needham among others. (I don't follow the thread except for reading a few posts over the last few weeks so I apologize if this has already been discussed).

Congrats to all the old timers who made it through. I wish I could have been a part of all the fun...I'll just have to live vicariously through my Mom's shares. <g>

P.S don't forget that ANCR now has its biggest marketcap ever. In 1996 there were only 10 million shares outstanding.
