Much of it is indeed. It is also the tool that archeologists of the future might equate to our generations; much as fire and hand tools were to the development of ancient cultures. The tendency to discount male competence and potency in all sectors of modern society can definitely be linked to this medium. I tried to search for info on Hillary Clinton and her campaign this morning on the internet. The first 20 or so bogus sites (I assume, I didn't look) were porno sites bragging that they have naked pictures of her. I still intend to use the internet as a tool for some things. There is a great deal to be understood by the messages coming from these media, even if much of it should be a warning.
