There isn't one financial disaster looming even in the background at this time. (Any impending disaster is a speculative theory only.) The only truth is that banks always get themselves in trouble but they have not hinted of any disaster yet.

If this market survived the SE Asia crisis, it will survive everything else. Fund managers are doing a ramp job on most stocks. I do wish a dip had occurred though. It can't be much fun being a bear.
