Yes, Judge Brabcoc changed the venue sometime in Jan or Feb. I read it somewhere today going through past documentation. Probably the incorporation state - jurisdiction could've been the argument to change venue. CU Jacalyn

Diane you are right - it was transferred TO MA from DE; so tomorrow will be calling to Boston and getting the retrieval from them. I just received an email from Parcels, Inc. ever hear of them - they do online document retrievals; hopefully I will hear from the other companies re: online document retrievals too. Anyway, thanks for reminding me - the number to the bankruptcy court in Boston is 617-565-6080 - is that the number you have? Thanks will check in am before I call. Jacalyn
