I am not trading short term options right now, and I personally am staying away from the LEAPS. I still have a bunch of October 85 MSFT Puts that I sold outstanding, and I am getting tempted to buy them back in the not so distant future.

Last week I started puting more $$$ into CNET and ATHM. Word I am hearing is that they are sure fire "Doubles" in the next twelve months. And I certainly like my sources.

Regarding MSFT, I own so much of it that it just doesn't make sense for me to buy any more of it. It is by far the largest holding I have, and I will never sell any of it until the Market tells me it's time. And we're quite a ways off on that front.I have been bullish since its lows at 76. Here is my post from May 19th:

I will go on record tonight and suggest that MSFT will hit 95-100 by the July earnings release (IMHO), barring any unforeseen nasty negative surprising the Markets.

This Q's blowout is a given. The stage has been set with all the recent announcements regarding MSFT's investments in T, etc. I really think MSFT is starting to fear the trial less and less and that we are starting to see a little swagger in MSFT's behavior of late.

Any thoughts? Come on, t2k, I know you're out there!!!!

I do enjoy owning certain internet stocks, those that I am confident will be substantial Market leaders in their space. And frankly, if I was a trader, I would eat their volatility alive.
