Well, I didn't mean that all of Qwests investors are short term, but you get a dose of it on the Yahoo thread. I come over here for some logic and self control.

Your point is well taken and it is logical. I prefer to stay the course and wait it out. I do think there is a difference between MCI and Qwest. Qwest will be able to do things less expensively, and they will pass this to their customer base. Also Qwest is,from what I have read, more technologically advanced. So its possible that they will have the more lucrative cutting edge applications.

Bottom line is that, if what I have read plays out, than Qwest can do more for less. Hence they will have an edge.

However, I must say that once the telecom laws are changed I think Qwest and LVLT will be snatched up, so its probably a moot point.
