Mr. Pink. A little more about internet telephony and net2phone. Your statement that the only reason to use it is that it is cheaper. Is a very small part of net2phones story. Studies show that 95% of all internet ecommerce transactions actually are researched on the web but the orders are place on the phone. There are relatively few transactions that take place that do not involve a phone call. In the future IDT's net2phone will be ubiquitus. Deals have already or will soon be announced with companies like xcite, bigfoot, snap.com, yahoo, geocities, real networks, com touch etc. By the time the road show starts in about a week, they will have deals with 8 out of 10 of the largest portals on the net. You will be able to make calls seamlessly without even downloading the software. I'm talking about portals like, yahoo, msn, go.com, geo cities, excite, infospace etc. Further whenever anyone dials an 800 number thru net2phone. IDT will be paid a fee of 2 cents per minute for every single one of these calls through a relationship recently completed with Time Warner. Net2phone currently handles over a million minutes per day. AOL will soon offer net2phone as part of their chat package. You will be able to call whoever you are talking to on the telephone while on the internet anonymously. Have you been to the ezsurf.com site owned by IDT. Do you know you can click2call thousands of vendors right now from this site and every single one generates fees of 2 cents per minute to net2phone? ezsurf.com I could go on and on about this because of my due diligence on the company. Suffice it to say though that net2phone will be hugely, wildly succesful and the road show is about to begin. Soon EVERYONE will know it. The will be announcing deals with compaq, gateway etc. Point is. Do not underestimate the technology or brand positioning. AOL and Softbank and GE have not.
