Responsibility for that falls on the shoulders of the VP of Operations. I take this as a very good sign that Alan Lutz is making the necessary moves to get the company back on track. The article says Rodgers quit on his own, but you can bet that he was under intense pressure to perform & apparently came to the realization that he wasn't up to the job. In a way I admire him for recognizing his own limitations and stepping aside for the good of the company. That takes a big man. Good luck in the future, Bruce. Hang on to those NN stock options <g>
