tejek & Steve, I speculated a long time ago that shipments of K7's may well be ahead of shipments of the corresponding chipset (Irongate). Even if this is not true, Compaq can't release a new computer model unless they XX thousand of them ready for delivery. 10 < XX < 100 ? Petz
