Must be a lot of cheap shares out there, or company is selling stock? Otherwise, I can't figure out the selling.

Let's not forget VTPI was at .06 a month ago. We've come a long way. The float of roughly 36 mil is substantial but consolidating well, check the historical pricing & volume. 3.5 mil traded today or under 10%, that's incredibly light considering the weak hands inherited with each Meyer Group update. Ed Meyer's emails bring the hit & run bandits who enter forewarned & break IVOC supports as they run off with their quick profit. More "investors" are required to hit $1. Most importantly, Meyer Group is defusing the full impact the PRs would've had & leaving an anti-climactic letdown.
