I have experienced the same feeling about posts from someone I know you like. A suggestion: Can we all take a deep breath and start over? Aside from the occasional weird flare-ups, most of the people posting here are worth attention. As far as I can tell, tempers that were frayed led to a lack of thinking and thinking, along with the tolerance for diversity, is what I value most about this thread. This got lost in the last couple of days and I selfishly want it back. [Friends are the other thing I have found on this thread and I feel pain when they quarrel needlessly. Some quarrels are justified and ought to flare. Some are merely missed signals and thin skin.]
