It appears that the single factor we can correlate with the economic success of a family home is the presence of a Father. This being the case, it would seem to behoove the estranged left wing to attempt reconciliation on this issue.

Brees, just out of curiosity... did it even occur to you that this might signify more of an inequality in pay between men and women vs. the lack of a father? Because all things being equal then we would expect this study to find that "single parent households most likely to stay poor". Why is a father necessary, economically speaking? Because, women are underpaid relative to men, thats the real issue in economic terms.
