IMO

I wouldnt call it strange at all. The word summer could be considered vague, but to have continuous press releases is always a mistake.

Investors can become "numb" to press releases that are "all sizzle and no steak". Web surfers have an even shorter attention span than your average investor. We own stock in this company to keep us interested, CULE does not have the same grip over other web surfers.

When they start their marketing efforts, CULE should have the new site up and running already. You don't want to advertise a product/service that is going to exist in the future (unless you have bottomless pockets). The internet allows surfers to click directly from ads (banners, links, etc.) directly to the CULE site. You wouldnt want to advertise - "Come to the site in two weeks". You would be counting on surfers to care/remember to come back to the site. Clicks are spontaneous

Plus, you only get one chance to make a first impression. They need to have the new site up in order to do this.

I figure that the pre-launch will be up and running in early July with the rest of the rest being brought online over the following month or so.

We all know that superstar web guru Emma Smith, of E-Think Consulting, knows her way around the web. She will steer the CULE website and marketing where it needs to go.

Gerry.

Ainsworth,
Suumer of 1999 is not that vague IMO. It suggests prudent thinking on the part of management not to get trapped into a negative impression by customers, investors or those with vested interests (ie MMs who need to manipulate the stock price). Summer is relatively specific when you consider you are dealing with unknown entities like potential partnerships, contractual agreements and regulatory issues.
Mangement is new to the public arena and being both intelligent and cautious in fine tuning what they want to present.
You seem skeptical of CULE--are you holding any shares? It has been a trying time and patience is being tested but when this gets going I am pretty hopeful that we will be rewarded for our perseverance.
