Q: Dell is an attacker. Compaq is your attackee. They sell computers in stores and risk upsetting all those retailers and doing grave damage to themselves if they simply copy you. What can they do?

According to some of my old DEC buddies, Jack Shields was a master of creative accounting at DEC - if you liked Earl Mason you'll love Jack. Let's hope this is as groundless of most of Spencer Katt's runors...
