OOh, you have a lot of fun ahead of you! <g> I found the years up to 8 to be uniformly wonderful, the years to 12 to be mostly wonderful, the years to 16 to be occasionally wonderful, the years to 18 and 19 to be generally wonderful, and am planning for the grandparent years (not in immediate future, but close enough to contemplate) to be absolutely wonderful. I have promised my son to make SURE any son he has is made very familiar with my son's view of good parenting -- staying out as late as he wants with no curfew and no need to tell parents where he is; watching any movie he wants, even an R rated move at age 12; and on and on. I am storing these memories up and look forward with delight to springing them on his offspring at the appropriate moments!
