just finished taking a look at the updated russell weekly 2000 and the s&p 500 charts with slow stochastics at bigcharts .the financials (including the nasdaq index) have been putting in a bounce recently which i believe is just about finished...(got to keep those dippers in the game)...we have 2 weeks left to the end of the 38 weeks cycle AND the 114 weeks cycle on the s&p 500 and the final move down for these two cycles is about to begin...i need a break of the oct lows of 98 to confirm a completion of the 9th wave down from the apr 20, 1998 highs for the russell 2000....whether the s&p 500 will also break that oct 98 low is still a question in my mind, but if it does it will confirm a 9th wave down from it july, 98 highs...will wait and see...this is enough to be the man the belly ache...;(
