however polite the questions, the information requested is extremely personal. i trust the following hitting the high points summary will suffice.

the last 5+ years of my 'investing career' spanning 2+ decades was spent as a fulltime trader from the luxury of my home office. i had all the electronic toys in an impressive multiple computer array. i did nothing else to make 'a living'

my speciality was option WRITING, where anything less than 200-400% return was an insult or considered by me to be a disastrous failure.

my personal balance sheet permitted me to meet various 'brokerage house requirements' to allow the privilege of carrying such huge margin debt incombant on writers of naked options.

the supplemental pages detailing my transactions for the irs will exceed last year's by a considerable amount.

trading of stocks, options, futures is a full time 'job' if it is to be done right. i was doing it right.

i quit cold turkey at the top of my game for the reasons outlined in the post which prompted your questions.

just out of curiousity, what did you gain by asking and reading my generic answers?
