MUEI earned .07 cents for the Quarter,vs First Call's .06

Sales however were down about 17%.

So the question is,is the worst over?

Or like the boy who cries wolf, nobody bothers to care anymore.

I do think that CNBC mentioned that MUEI was trading over 11 after
Mareket.

Will MUEI sell-off division???

Let's see. Move your Internet division over to your PC division. Ensure long term price reductions for memory for your PC division. This creates a chip company (Micron Technology) and a PC & Internet company (Micron Electronics). Sounds like they may be looking to split up to me!

Let's take this further. Is there anyone who might be looking at acquiring either of these companies? Who are the competitors? Well, there's always IDT. And funny thing. IDT has a Pentium clone business that it is trying to get rid of. Would there be any sense in IDT buying Micron Technology and Micron Electronics buying IDT's WinChip division?

Any opinions?
