It was about last year when "Both" Mark and Doug had target prices of between $5 (Mark, I believe), and $7 (Doug, his MIMBO). VCR was then around $3. In the year(s) that followed, VCR did NOTHING....little volume, crept up to nearly $4, then fell back. Taught me that TA alone, even done by the best cannot predict certain stock moves.....kinda like getting an EKG from your doctor, tells you it looks good, then you drop dead on the street from a heart attack. Skane P.S. my TA "fun" call is VCR knocks it's head in $4 area unless you bring in 1 Mil share days.
