I have been trying to figure tha chart out. I think Mom and Pop's are in retail and that the grey area (biggest piece of the pie on AOL) is
"not reported or not captured?"

I wouldn't be at all surprised if they didn't just want the little guys to take it higher or...they have buy programs at specific prices.
