Okay, thanks. That's also how I understand it. I hope then you also understand that it is why I discount the Medinah shares completely in my evaluation of NPEC. But, I also think that if it plays out the way you describe, then it could be a great asset. Back to good ol' speculating, with a twist I was completely unaware of when I bought into NPEC because of the hype surrounding the telephony deal. I am glad that we can both own the same stock, for completely different reasons, and with completely different expectations and beliefs, but still discuss our differences with civility.

These important points regarding NPEC's Medinah holdings have been obscured by others, and I do not wish to guess if that was deliberately or not. The same accusations can be made of those people and their possible agendas or benefactors as can be made of the so-called bashers. I am glad you cleared it all up. Let's neither of us lose our cool over this. What is said here probably doesn't affect the trading much one way or the other, and I'm sure we both wish for the truth to be out there. Cheers.

VINCE, Correct me if I'm wrong, but npec also receives a 1 for 10 just as the indiviual shareholder did, of Medinah Gold..Which i think is about 1.8 million shares. You might want to add a comment to this..Walt

Vince: Nice touch thank you. This post

that has been going around the net today is a confirmation that all 'BB' issues will have to face. It seems like the time spent on checking out a BB. issue is up to the review team. They will get very busy with some 700 stocks at the same time. I,wonder if early reporting firms have a better chance of having there passing grade back on a early date? It would be in the best insight, IMO. for all firms to get the filings in pronto. It would also let them say that the filings are submitted.

There seems to be more accepted firms than even I thought would make there passing grade. Now to see how many of them trade, Up or down after meeting the new rules of disclosure.

Regards,
Jim..

Vince,

Looks like you guys have been having some fun this evening.

Sorry, I've been MIA with all these fireworks, but my county needed me.

Well, they (the tender-hearted democrats) have once again made Beaufort County safe for the "tax and spend liberals." Must be that Clinton thing. A lot of pain was was felt tonight, and it only cost us an additional 2 million dollars. Yes sir, I can go to bed, feeling completely at ease that our children will have the best government can provide - at least from a political sense.

Am I cynical?

Yeah, maybe. And maybe mdhm and npec is going to kick some serious ass. And, and ... we're gonna be there.
