All XYBRW Warrants expire on July 18, if I recall correctly. The conversion price is presently $6.01, but unless the common stock hits $6.01 at close on the day of expiration, the warrants are worthless.

Note that the original conversion rate was 1warrant + $9.00 = 1 share of XYBR. Since additional shares of XYBR have been issued, the strike price is now $6.01. I forget the exact ramifications, but it's something like this: One warrant + $6.01 = 0.65 shares of XYBR. I could be explaining this backwards, but you get the picture. Bill Fischofer explained it really well a couple months ago.

Barring fantastic news, the primary hope for warrant holders is that the warrant expiration date will be extended to a later date, hopefully giving the common stock time to gain value above the $6.01 mark.

Right now we await word about the Xybernaut board meeting which, as I understand it, was held a couple days ago.

Good luck.

Shoe.
