Can anybody tell me what the 'E-Nasdaq' is all about on Globex?

One of the two following: (or both, I am not sure).

# 1.

The "E" designates the "mini" contracts, (1/2 the value of the full size contracts).

i.e. S&P 500, and then the Mini S&P

10. Do the E-Mini contracts have the same limits as their respective larger contracts?

The E-mini contracts have the same limits as their respective larger futures contract. However, the larger futures contract will initiate the 2.5%, 5% and 15% limits. This means these limits will go into effect for the E-Mini once the lead month, larger futures contract is limit offered.
