Hi Judy,
DWA has TOM in the textile/apparel sector which is currently in bear correction status with a bullish percent of 42. This means that it is moving in a positive direction, but the last signal on the bullish percent chart was a sell signal. The retail sector is similar, but at a level of 52%.

The chart for TOM doesn't look that strong having given several sell signals with no corresponding buy signals. Resistance is at $78 with a spread triple top.

Based on P&F alone it would not be an attractive long position.
