Corel could replace MS Office in 2 years as the leader. Who would have thought they could be so successful at getting their product into millions of PC's and still make a profit! Their new GUI (graphical user interface) could help make Linux the preferred OS and Corel the preferred office suite in much less time than anyone imagines. What they are doing with WP is what MSFT did with Internet Explorer to kill Netscape. Gave it away free. But they're only giving away enough (on the free download for linux)to show what they have. Once people learn one system, it is very hard to take it away and sell them something else. A whole new mass of low-priced-computer users will be introduced to Corel products - not Microsoft. For those who can still see beyond the next mouse click trading stocks, Corel is in an envious position. No one else is anywhere near to being next in line for an office suite. And if you take a look at Red Hat or other Linux web sires you'll see that multi-billion dollar companies are lined up to promote Linux as an open system, making products for the Goliath killer. Look for a buy out of Corel at double today's prices within the next year. If profits continue, change that to triple or more.
