"Haven't connected the dots yet, but know that WAVX is somehow going to eventually be involved in this deal "

Don't get your hopes up too high. AOL puts its oars in many fires. They have small development teams working on lots of projects. Some come to fruition, others don't. No one, other than an insider, "knows" they're going to be involved in any deal with Wave at this point.
