Jeffrey, I would file a complaint with the credit card company. You have a good case for getting a refund, and I would do it just to be a pest.

How petty eh ... it's like the corporate culture has gone mouldy or something.
Barb's right - you should get your money back from the credit card outfit.
... no laundry, no tickee.

Those fools have no idea how utterly insane they look to the rest of the world. That is so petty. So amazingly childish.

As I understand it, they have the right to not do business with anyone they choose.

But I find it telling that they chose to do business with AZNT, Mountain Energy, and who knows how many other "alleged" scams, and now they are hallucinating about you guys, who are not an actual company, and have never solicited for or taken any money from anyone.

Somebody over there is a real bad person, that's my take.

For the rest of my life, I will make sure that when the phrase 'press release' comes up, I tell whoever says it to make sure they don't do business with Business Wire.

Anyone who has anything to do with Business Wire is making a big mistake, IMHO.

I don't think it's funny. I never did think it was funny.

LOL!
