Check out this guy sunseaker. He is either a paid hypester or a pea brain. Probably a criminal. He recommends garbage that should be shorted.

If the IPO is no good short it. All IDTC is doing near term is laying off losses from that business. I don't think idtc's price gives any value to ntop. As for idtc lacking somewhat results to date don't reflect that and one of the hard lessons I have learned in investing is that history is the best thing to base projections on.
