Because it is still undervalued by the street. I wouldn't argue that it should be there, but I am beginning to realize that Wall Street just doesn't value this company very well. It is considered an underperformer (despite its upgrades) due to its "inconsistency".
In the meantime, trying to divine what little I can about where it currently is and where it may be going soon.
