I thought the AGM went well. I would have liked to have more specifics rather than generalities. However, they felt they would be able to release news within 2 months, which should give everyone an idea on the direction they want to take this company. One of my concerns was the stock issued to Pacton. The restrictions aren't much (just 3 months before they can sell) but I was encouraged to see someone with Pacton named to the board.
