During the conference call, Ms. McFarlane stated that CCSI will soon put up a web page. I noticed that the following URLs:

chromatics.com

ccsi.com

...are already taken by unrelated companies. However, I believe the following is free:

stock-fraud.com

...and it would be far more appropriate.

The CCSI stock fraud - dilution

Chromatics only source of income has been the sale of stock. Usually these sales have been through "back door" placements and convertibles at grossly discounted prices to market. The last series of convertibles add approximately 2,000,000 more shares outstanding. CCSI has never had a a legitimate stock offering since inception. The company has dealt with various shady brokers and promoters including the notorious Janssen-Meyers - who conspired along with Mike Shonberg at Dreyfus, to artificially drive up the price of the stock, at the expense of many small investors who wound up losing millions. These facts are well-documented and indisputable.

The company now has approximately 21,000,0000 fully diluted shares. It is important to realize that the difference in shares outstanding as reported on stock quote pages such as Yahoo and the true number of shares outstanding (includes options, converts, etc.) is very important, since insiders have been exercising options and warrants at a furious pace and dumping stock.

The company's true market cap of roughly $200,000,000 is unsustainable over the long term. Unfortunately, a new round of small investors will be victimized yet again as they see their investment dwindle.

JB,

I find it interesting.

In reading the 8K, I found nothing to suggest what the actual financial impact would be.

You responded by pointing me to a site that teaches people the basics of financial statements.

Now Wexler makes the same point: That neither the 8K nor the conference call revealed a single thing about:

* How many do they REALLY expect to sell?
* What the real selling price will be?
* What the margins will be after the distributor's cut and manufacturing costs?

That they have not adressed any of those items is FACT. Hard and cold.

That most reputable companies DO address such items is also fact.

The fact that you and others on this thread have constructed your own "models" for how much money they might make under certain circumstances doesn't change those facts for me. And it obviously leads to a myriad of questions:

Why won't CCSI discuss those items? Why have they made "secret", key data about the health of their business? Why can businesses in truly competitive high-tech businesses discuss their projections with no fear that it will harm them, but CCSI can't?

Unfortunately, I can't come up with an answer which does not lead me to the conclusion that this company has got something to hide. In my experience, that kind of evasiveness never leads to a good outcome for the company.
