We have a saying, if you see someone that jumps around a lot and can not stay still either by action or indecision people say "he has ants in his pants". So, if someone is antsy in the context of my post, they are having a hard time coming to a decision. The analysts want to put something out to the street, they need to put something out but they just don't have enough visibility/info yet. Regards,
