i had a long conversation with the mtk folks today.. the stock was halted last month at the request of the comany to anounce a change of bussines. this is not an rto due to the fact that they are issuing less than half there float for the new venture.. they have been run through the hoops byt the vse but there lawers and wolverton (there sposer ) seemto have things ontrack at this time. the company feels that it has aquired the key technologies for internet gameing and sporting. they actually develope and own the technology that will be used by otheres inthere gaming sites.. the developers have been involved with the keey new sites in the sector such as nba.com etc. they are/have licanced /joint ventured with a europeancompany to provide soccer games and race trak betting, and have an affiliation /joint venture with several thousand bingo halls in south america.. they feel that soccer betting in sa will be huge .. but the key is that there tech is the state of the art inthe gamming sector.. the test sites will be up and running very soon.. the technology had to be valued by the vse to arive a a vend in price .. which they discounted 95 percent to reach a value of several million. this is the stated value to the vse ( i think) . they feel that the do not compare to dion or any of the canadian betting sites in that they feel that they will be one of the top five sites , and the leading technology in the sector.. the key guys practicaly have been inthe internet gaming sector since it was concieved and have done allost every major site.. and figured if a company that used there tech can have a market cap of 200 million on start up then they need to be inthe bussiness directly , rather than setting up the tech for others.. if the market cap target is in the 100 to 200 million range and there are 6 to 7 million shaes out, and its .4 right now... well you dont need to be a math wizz to figure it out.. but for sure they feel that there way better than many 5 to 10 dollar stocks right now.. so maybe a pop to a buck or two.. a shake out ..then up up and away.. well thats the plan.. tim
