DGIV to be delisted if financials not filed by Sept. 1:
https://www.siliconinvestor.com/readmsg.aspx?msgid=10203528

"That's because the SEC gets a 60-day comment period before the filings go into effect, and a company's eligibility could be delayed significantly if the SEC has questions about the filing -- facts that some OTC companies failed to mention when they assured investors they would meet the deadlines."

Over two-thirds of the first wave of BB's required to file are failing to meet the standards so far.

A bit over two months left for DGIV to file in time to avoid delisting. Have they named an auditor yet?

Good Luck...

So let's see if I understand this. DGIV acually acquired a company in 1998 and never bothered to tell us, is that correct?

Are you talking about the acquisition of JD International? David Wong came onboard along with that deal. There was a PR that announced the acquisition of JD International... unfortunately, I don't have the link handy nor am I inclined to go look for it. I also seem to remember that Mr. Wong was specifically mentioned in one of the later newsletters as having been key to forming some business relationships.
