Dotcomboy-- so far, the only trade I've made is the sale of HSAC. I haven't yet generated any other commissionable sales in the account which got RAMP. So the only inferences I can make for my 2 accounts (where only 1 got RAMP) and my wife's 2 accounts (again, where only 1 account got RAMP) was that for both of us it was the OLDER accounts which received RAMP allocations. Maybe the "age" or tenure of the account comes into play in some fashion. I also know that Schwab states openly that they consider tenure when allocating IPOs.
