That was number 7 out of a list of about 120.
Maybe just one man's opinion but I check there every so often and he has moved X-Stream up in ranks... Could be the free 800 calls.

early player, Can anyone explain that report where "X-Stream is Favoured over FreeServe.???--I see he has the Giant- Fortunecity there as a "Webspace" for X-Stream.?? What's that about the "Connection" part.?? How can he put FreeServe "The #1 U.K.- ISP behind X-Stream in the Top 10.?? Thanks.!!
