(CKFR) was priced at $39 each through underwriters led by Merrill Lynch & Co. Checkfree is offering 2,425,000 of the shares, with existing shareholder selling the balance. Gross spread is $1.95, selling concession is $1.16 and reallowance is 10 cents. Delivery is scheduled for June 25.
