I am wondering if we will be entitled to any preference for shares of the Medsite IPO when they do it. If yes, on what basis? One IPO share for each share of Jordex owned or some other formula or what? Since the company is not yet public assuming a "burn rate" for it may be incorrect. Maybe they are currently profitable and cash flow positive. We can hope. I would be very interested in knowing what status Jordex shareholders will be given in the coming IPO.
