MALL fundamentals....?

Would be interesting how MALLs statements look like, after the separation of UBID. Well, formally it is quite clear, you have a single company running the pcmall, etc. But are they reimbursed for their efforts in creating ubid, ... well that must be looked up in Ubids S-1, whether expenses have been rolled into them.

Would be interesting. When are earnings due?
