They've coined a new term that they use very often (FLS) Forward Looking Statement. A wise person once told me that meant Flagrant Lies and Spam. I guess its all the same.

But then again this may be a hidden treasure !

Charles C. Bream Replaces William R. Dunavant asChief Executive of Net Command Tech, Inc.


ST. PETERSBURG, Fla., June 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Net Command Tech, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: NCDR) announced today that Charles C. Bream has replaced William R. Dunavant as President and Chief Executive Officer of the company.

Mr. Dunavant, who resigned on June 18, said his decision to step down was taken in the best interests of all concerned.

Mr. Bream, a 1967 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, joined Net Command Tech in May of this year as chief operating officer. He will retain his prior responsibilities.

"The elements that have been assembled and put into place at Net Command Tech are extremely promising and we are determined to complete the steps necessary to bring the company's groundbreaking technology to bear in the marketplace," Mr. Bream said.

Establishing a Corporate Infrastructure

Mr. Bream will continue to direct Net Command Tech's senior management team in implementing a strong reporting and organizational infrastructure at the company.

"The strength of our technology must be matched with a strong corporate infrastructure to ensure we deliver on the promise of increased shareholder value," Mr. Bream said. "As such, the implementation of a solid reporting and organizational corporate structure is a top priority."

Mr. Bream's professional background includes tenure with Cable & Wireless of America, where he was senior vice president of marketing and development, and as senior vice president and general manager of General Research Corp. Prior to those positions, Mr. Bream held executive positions with Xerox Corp., Data General and Epson America as well as various marketing brand management assignments with packaged goods companies, including Procter & Gamble.

In addition to a BS from the Naval Academy, Mr. Bream holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
