Some observations:

If I remember correctly IEEE-1394 is what some folks including Apple call Fire-Wire. It's billed as the next great thing supplanting USB.

My five-year-old Hughes DSS satellite box allows me to purchase movies through DirecTV and USSB at my box. It has an integral modem that reports to the content provider which selections I've made and bills me accordingly (on credit, so to speak). If WAVX has (patented?) technology to complement this as we move toward satellite ISP (as it sounds like AOL is pushing for) we will be part of this new paradigm (shoot me, please).

Interesting turn of events <g>.
