I wrote an email to ACTV asking them about it and how it relates to ACTV. But, no answer. Made me wonder why they have the email link on the web site.

I don't know if what you were asking qualifies as an Investor Relations-type question, but official IR policy is not to have e-mail or fax-based discussions. The only way they'll answer your questions is if you call them. At least, that's what Ted O. told me when I faxed and e-mailed him a couple times.

I start to wonder if ACTV is not preparing to IPO HyperTV Networks.

This is becoming more and more puzzling!

Actv is represented through the set top mfgs. like GI who are members of Cable Labs.
Actv's HyperTV format is unique and has little to do with Web page formats on Tv since its not about sufing the Web. Its TV centric.
