Stock talk re: <expect S3 to spin off the "internet Appliance and Home Networking" business thru an IPO> Sounds like a good idea. I also like the way S3 seems to be repositioning itself as an "Internet" co. Maybe they'll get Inut valuations? <g> Remember though, there'll be 70 million shares proforma, a Cap of 1.2 Billion at $18, and Diamond seems to have a lot of debt. Are they really worth $9.00? Hopefully the market will see the sum as greater than the parts. IMHO.
