(.18 X .25) I've never heard of a company with so few outstanding shares doing a 1 for 9 reverse split. If the float was only 500,000 before the RS, after the RS the float will be only 55,555 shares. Something just isn't right.

By doing the reverse split, ISMR is probably trying to get their stock price up to a respectable level in order to get listed on NASDAQ.

Anyone buying this stock now at .25 is really paying (9 times) that amount after the 1 for 9 RS. Basically, anyone buying now is paying $2.25/share.

Most penny stocks reverse split and then take a major dive in share price.

I'm steering clear of this one until after the reverse split and until Budd Morris finally returns my 2 emails.
