<Scumbria - re: No problem on the DRDRAM analysis. I bought my first RMBS yesterday, and was quite pleased with the 10% jump ;^)>

Scumbria,

I am considering shorting RMBS, but puts are very expensive. Jan 2000s carry up to 30% premium. I guess they are in great demand. I prefer buying puts to selling short because of the limited loss potential. I feel the stock is overvalued because there is an assumption in the market of volume DRDRAM shipments by the end of the year. Considering CuMine delay this may be too optimistic.

Kap.

You've got guts buying RMBS at such a high price, especially with its volatility.
