I am sure there were several reasons but I wouldn't be surprised if one reason is that its because SUNW went with ANCR. These huge companies like to be number one at there vendors.

According to Kerry, yes we did know it was coming. But to answer your second question, I think I will pick up the phone and call ANCR and see what their response is. I will let you know.
