We have DSS and it is very reliable...except when it rains like mad. Remember when the last sat. went down and nobody could page their babysittters? Whatif 12 million are 'on-line' through a sat. and can't get through for days? I agree that cable will be more reassuring to most.

Steeny....re: satellite dishes...I have a very small one...pizza dish sized....No problems...its under the eave....no can see without going and looking for it....
