Richard : the market doesn't seem to know what to think about this news. nearly 21/2 hrs. after release still no shares traded. think chuca should change his battle cry...1999 will be our half year. strange. regards, RFB

Thanks Sandbagger :) My concerns are simple in regards to the shares: 1) Dale thinks we will forget 2) Dale does not have a proper list of share holders of record of the dividend date. Value added question: How does Maxam justify the cost of forming a new LLC? The property could be JV'ed out as part of Maxam without the expense so I am curious as to what the value added to the company is for this course of action.
