PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 18, 1999--iBIZ Technology Corp (OTC BB:IBIZ) announced today that it has signed on with Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT) in the OEM System Builder program.

This will provide iBIZ with direct support to build sell and support new systems with genuine Microsoft OEM System Builder products.

Participating in the Microsoft OEM System Builder program will benefit iBIZ customers by providing the latest genuine Microsoft operating systems and selected applications with full support from Microsoft.

Next week, iBIZ will be exhibiting their products at the Microsoft (Nasdaq:MSFT) Partner Pavilion as well as the Citrix Systems (Nasdaq:CTXS) Business Alliance Pavilion at PC EXPO '99 in New York, June 22-24. Can you smell it, folks? The buyers just can't help themselves at these levels. Earnings are about three weeks away and the Institutional Crowd is starting to realize they don't have a lot of time to get into their positions. Also, there will be a ton of window dressing over the next 10 days as the Fund Managers try to position themselves for the end of the Q.

They better be long stocks like CSCO and MSFT in Q2's report considering the earnings season that I think is coming down the pike. Don't be surprised to see the NASDAQ close in positive territory today.

Someone once claimed that individuals act at the beginning of the day and professionals act at the end. If this is true, why don't the 'pros' just sleep till noon?

Maybe that is why the professional can't beat the individuals in the market. They are too slow to act.<g>
