The competition game isn't over yet. I think it is too early to make any conclusion whether NETP will be bought out or it will survive the competition. JMHO.

Hey ynot: Do you really understand what CMGI may be building vs. buying? And do you really understand Firefly? How come Microsoft hasn't done much with it? Firefly technology has nowhere near the effectiveness of NETP's real time collaborative filtering software. Otherwise Firefly would have remained independent and would have a lot of large e-commerce clients. They were bought out for a ridiculously low price -- that should say something about the value of their technology. If NETP didn't have something valuable and unique to offer, why would Broadvision, IBM, and others partner with them?...Hmmmm.... You seem to enjoy bashing BVSN and NETP. I don't mind constructive criticism IF you have a position in the stock and have good intentions. My hunch is that you have been shorting NETP and some its relatives. Good Luck Investing.
